Terms of Service

Last updated: February 15, 2026 · Evapro Kargo Conditions of Carriage

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Evapro Kargo website, cross-border forwarding network, or logistics portals. By creating an account, receiving a Suite ID, or booking air freight with us, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

01. Use of Services

Evapro Kargo provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehouse handling, and doorstep delivery services ("Services"). You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Zambian, UK, US, Chinese, and international civil aviation laws and customs regulations.

02. Account & Suite Security

Upon registration, you receive a dedicated Suite Identifier (e.g., EVK-XXXX). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring that merchant deliveries strictly quote your Suite ID. Evapro Kargo is not liable for misrouted parcels resulting from omitted or inaccurate suite numbers.

03. Shipping Policies & Prohibited Cargo

All shipments are subject to physical security scanning and IATA air cargo restrictions. We strictly enforce zero tolerance for prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods:

  • Prohibited Goods: Firearms, ammunition, narcotics, counterfeit goods, and cash equivalents.
  • Dangerous Goods (DG): Standalone lithium-ion batteries, aerosols, and perfumes require mandatory DG declaration and are subject to specialized carrier surcharges.
  • Volumetric Weighting: Charges apply based on the greater of actual gross weight (kg) or volumetric weight ((Length × Width × Height) / 5000).

04. Liability, Loss & Insurance

Standard carrier liability covers documented loss or physical damage up to standard carriage limits unless supplemental commercial transit insurance was elected at receipt. Delays caused by customs clearance holds, flight schedule disruptions, or Force Majeure are excluded from liability claims.

05. Tariffs, Invoicing & Payment

Shipping charges, handling fees, and any applicable customs duties or statutory taxes are invoiced upon parcel arrival and verification in Lusaka. Invoices must be settled in full prior to cargo release or scheduled local delivery.

06. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
