• Account Identification: Full name, verified email address, contact phone number, and physical delivery address in Zambia.
• Shipment & Manifest Data: Merchant order numbers, carrier tracking numbers, item descriptions, and declared commercial values.
• Customs Compliance: Invoices and statutory import/export declaration documents required by ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority) and origin customs bodies.

02. How Your Data is Used

Your information is strictly utilized to operate freight logistics and client communication:

• Generating automated milestone telemetry (Received, Manifested, In Flight, Cleared, Ready).
• Electronic customs filing and calculation of import tariffs and handling surcharges.
• Securing your dedicated suite box across UK, USA, and China terminals.
• Preventing counterfeit, hazardous, or fraudulent trade transactions.

03. Non-Disclosure & Operational Sharing

We never sell, rent, or monetize your trade or customer records. Data is transferred strictly to vetted operational partners necessary to deliver your cargo:

• Scheduled airline freight carriers and ground handling operators.
• Regulatory customs and civil aviation border control entities.
• Licensed bonded warehouse facilities within our certified terminal network.

04. Encryption & Security Measures

All authentication credentials and API transactions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and stored in protected database clusters with salted hashes. Access to warehouse manifests is restricted through role-based access control (RBAC).

05. Your Rights & Access

You have the continuous right to access, inspect, or request correction or erasure of your customer profile. Requests can be submitted directly via the customer portal account settings or by contacting our data protection officer.
